True and False Number Sentences
By
Riley
Last week we did true or false number sentences. A number sentence is an addition, subtraction, division, or multiplication problem. Some number sentences were hard because they had parentheses. The others were easy because it was addition and subtraction. Not very many were greater than or less then. It was a fun math assignment.
Breathing Experiment
By
Elle
Last week in science we did a breathing experiment. We were testing which of these took more breathes; Sitting and breathing, marching in place, running for one minute, and marching and running in place for two minutes. The answer was running in place for two minutes. We learned that the more active your body is the more breathes you take.
Sequence of Events
By
Jessica
Last week in Grammar we learned how to put events in order it was called Sequence of Events. Our teacher gave us a piece of paper, and at the top it said ‘’Sequence of Events,’’. It was two or three paragraphs. Plus at the bottom it said some questions about the story. So that’s how I learned Sequence of Events. It was fun learning Sequence of Events.
Social Studies
By
Nick
Last week we talked about the constitution. We made posters about the three branches of government. We wrote information about the executive, judicial, and the legislative branch or if you wanted to you could draw a picture of each capital for each branch. I hope we can do that experiment again because it was a fun.
